When your landlord can come in
Your landlord has a right to enter for repairs and inspections, but has to warn you first.
The rules
- Your landlord must give you 2 days' notice before entering for repairs, services, or inspections.
- No notice is needed in a real emergency.
- You can't unreasonably refuse entry when proper notice is given.
